参麦静滴联合核糖核酸Ⅱ与顺铂热灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效观察

目的:观察参麦静滴联合核糖核酸Ⅱ与顺铂热灌注及单用顺铂热灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法:将52例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组26例,两组均行中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流术,治疗组静滴参麦注射液,待胸腔积液排尽后,胸腔热灌注核糖核酸Ⅱ与顺铂;对照组胸腔热灌注顺铂,每周1次,连续治疗4周。结果:治疗组有效率73.07%,对照组有效率57.69%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组生活质量改善率76.92%,对照组改善率50.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05);两组组毒副反应比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:经中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流,参麦静滴联合核糖核酸Ⅱ与顺铂热灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液临床疗效较好,毒副反应轻,能够明显提高患者生活质量。

Clinical observation on treating malignant pleural effusion by Shenmai infusion joint ribonucleic acid Ⅱ with cisplatin perfusion

Objective：To observe the efficacy,toxicity and side effects of Shenmai,ribonucleic acid Ⅱ and cisplatin in combination with cisplatin alone in treating malignant pleural effusions by infusion and perfusion.Methods：52 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,26 cases in each group.Both groups conducted central venous catheter closed thoracic drainage.Patients in the treatment group were given Shenmai injection,until the pleural effusion drained,then the pleural hot perfusion RNA Ⅱ and cisplatin;The control group was given pleural perfusion with cisplatin,once a week,4 weeks of continuous treatment.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 73.07% and 57.69% in the control group.The effective rate of the treatment group was better （P0.05）;Rate of improvement of quality of life of the treatment group was 76.92% and was 50.0% in the control group,the rate of improvement of quality of life was better （P0.05）.Compered the toxicity of the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：Shenmai and ribonucleic acid Ⅱ with cisplatin were effective and benefit to improve the patients＇s life quality,also little side effects.
