洛阳、三门峡市淡色库蚊和家蝇对常用杀虫剂抗药性调查

摘    要:目的掌握蚊蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗药性状况,为科学合理使用杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法淡色库蚊采用浸泡法,家蝇采用微量点滴法。结果淡色库蚊对DDVP、马拉硫磷、溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯的LD50分别是10.48,1.10,15.26,10.67都已产生了抗性,其中对菊酯类药物抗药性最高,抗性倍数达到了15.26倍。家蝇对DDVP、溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、二氯苯醚菊酯的LD50分别是18.58,0.41,9.47,33.85都已产生了抗性,其中对溴氰菊酯抗药性最高,抗性倍数达到了33.85倍。结论蚊、蝇对常用杀虫剂产生的较高抗性已严重导致杀虫剂灭效降低,给我省开展灭蚊、蝇工作增加了难度。为使杀虫剂抗性发展得到缓解,需要进一步加强蚊、蝇对杀虫剂抗性监测,坚持常年进行,根据抗性的变化,谨慎选用已产生高抗性的杀虫剂类型。
