中药烧伤膜治疗小面积深度烧伤43例

本文介绍一种用纯中药提炼制成的薄膜——中药烧伤膜治疗28例深Ⅱ度和15例小面积Ⅲ度烧伤共58个创面。深Ⅱ度创面愈合时间最短7天,最长60天,平均16.14天;Ⅲ度创面愈合时间最短10天,最长90天.平均20.6天。均未植皮而以新生表皮自愈。愈合的创面无瘢痕挛缩,无功能障碍,表皮刮片均系鳞状上皮细胞。本文作者还对药物作用机理及传统的理论进行了实验研究和探讨。

Treatment of 43 Cases of Small Deep Burn Wounds with Chinese Medicinal Burn Membrane

Chinese Medicinal Burn Membrane(CMBM)is a kind of new surface dressing used.mainly for the treatment of burns.CMBM possesses the following advantages:(1)Broad spectrum antibiotic effect,especially for the staphylococcus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.These are the most common flora found in burns.(2) Initiating the activities of the local immune cells,thus accelerating the renewal of the wound surface.(3) Promoting the proliferation of the repairing cells,thus speeding up the wound repair. 43 cases of deep burns with 58 wound surfaces were reported.Among them,there were 28 cases of deep second degree burn with 36 wound surfaces.The burned area ranged from 1% to 38.5% of the body surface.Also.there were 15 cases of third degree burns with 22 wound surfaces,the size of which ranged from 2.5×3.7 cm.to 26.0±15.0 cm.These wounds were all healed under CMBM by neo-epitheliatization, therefore autografting was unnecessary.The healing period of deep second degree burn wounds varied from 7 (shortest)to 60(longest)days with an average of 16.14 days,while that for the third degree burn wounds were 10 to 90 days with an average of 20.6 days.Clinically,the newly formed epidermis(neoepidermis)is soft and thin,no scar contracture,therefore neither deformity nor functional disturbance was found.However, several inadequacies of the neoepidermis may exist:(1)It is too thin at the early stage and is liable to be mjured by any slight trauma.(2)It is very dry and desquamates repeatedly because lack of hair and other appendant structures of the skin.(3)The absence of pigment would affect the outward appearance of the wounded person,especially when the face was affected.
