| 摘 要： | 报告1例持久性豆状角化过度症。患者男，48岁，因双手，足背和双下肢多发性淡红色角化性小丘珍18年就诊。组织病理检查示，表皮局灶性角化过度伴角化不全，其下方表皮萎缩变薄，真皮血管周围有较致密的单一核细胞浸润，外用0.025%维A酸软膏每日2次，2个月后皮损略变平。

| Abstract: | A case of hyperkeratosis lenticularis perstans is reported. A 48-year-old man presented with the 18-year history of multiple, rufous and small papules on the back of hands and upper and lower legs. Histologic examination showed the foci of compact and eosinophilic hyperkeratosis overlying a thinned stratum malpighii. In the underlying papillary dermis there was a tight mononuclear infiltration. The patient was treated with topical 0.025% tretinoin twice daily for 2 months, which resulted in a slight applanation of the lesions. |
