摘    要:呼吸机的压力控制是呼吸机控制的基础,是呼吸机安全、有效工作的重要保证。本文研究模糊控制技术对呼吸机压力的控制,并评估其控制效果。首先,根据常见呼吸机气路结构和压力控制原理,搭建一实验平台,用于控制效果评估。然后在实验平台上,分别利用传统的PID控制和模糊PID控制,分析两种方法控制下的超调量、控制误差和控制时间。结果表明,模糊PID控制比传统的PID控制更能有效地抑制超调、减小控制误差,在控制时间上也有一定的优势。模糊PID控制效果明显优于传统的PID控制。

Abstract:Pressure control is the basic of a medical ventilator control,and it is guarantee for medical ventilator working safely and effectively. In this paper, we applied the fuzzy control technology to a ventilator pressure control and evaluated the results on experiment platform. Firstly, we built an experimental platform based on common gas way structure and the pressure control principles for evaluation of control effects. Then some experiments with fuzzy-PID control and traditional PID control were completed separately on the experimental platform, and some parameters such as the overshoot, control error and control time were in- vestageted. The results showed that, fuzzy PID control was more effective in suppression of the overshoot, and reducing the control error, and there was also a certain advantage in controlling time. Fuzzy PID control was superior to conventional PID control.
