糖尿病并发急性心肌梗死对血糖水平与预后影响的研究

[目的 ]了解糖尿病并发急性心肌梗死病人血糖水平及对预后的影响 ,为护理病情观察和护理评估提供依据。 [方法 ]将 14 6例急性心肌梗死病人分为糖尿病组和非糖尿病组 ,比较两组不同阶段血糖水平及院内感染、心功能不全和病死率的差异。 [结果 ]糖尿病组院内感染、心功能不全发生率和死亡人数均较非糖尿病组高 ,糖尿病组各阶段血糖水平均较非糖尿病组高 (P <0 .0 1)。 [结论 ]糖尿病并发急性心肌梗死急性期血糖水平与预后密切相关 ,应给予警惕。

A study on blood sugar level and prognosis of patients with diabetes developed acute myocardial infarction

Objective:to find out blood glucose level and prognosis of patients with diabetes developed acute myocardial infarction, for the purpose of providing basis for both nursing condition observation and nursing assessment. Method: a total of 146 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected and divided into diabetic and non-diabetic groups. Then the changes of blood glucose levels, iatrogenic infection, cardiac insufficiency and case fatality of the two group patients in different stages were compared. Result: the occurrence of iatrogenic infection, cardiac insufficiency and the case fatality were higher in diabetic group than that in non-diabetic group. And blood glucose levels of patients at different stages were higher in diabetic group than that in non-diabetic group (P<0.01).Conclusion: there is a close correlation between blood glucose level and prognosis of patients with diabetes developed acute myocardial infarction at acute stage, to which one should pay attention.
