食管癌患者手术前后血清CEA、GST—Pi检测及意义

目的 了解血清癌胚抗原（CEA）、谷胱苷肽转移酶Pi（glutathioneS-trSrlsferases，GSTs）在食管癌手术前后变化，探讨其作为食管癌标志物的价值。方法 放免法测定50例食管癌患者术前和术后血清中CEA、GST-pi水平。结果食管癌患者术前血清CEA和GST—Pi水平显著高于正常人（P〈0.05），术后均明显降低，术前CEA值与临床分期、肿瘤体积呈正相关，GST-Pi与细胞分化程度呈正相关（P〈0．05），联合表达阳性率高于单独表达。结论 血清CEA和GST-Pi与食管癌患者的病情、疗效密切相关，具有一定的，临床应用价值。

The changes and significance of serum CEA and GST Pi before and after operation in patients with esophageal carcinoma

Objective To study the changes of serum CEA and GST-Pi before and after operation and their values as markers in esophageal carcinoma.Methods The levels of serum CEA and GST-Pi of 50 cases of esophageal carcinoma patients were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of serum CEA and GST-Pi in preoperative patients were significantly higher than those in postoperative patients; The expression rate of GST-Pi was significantly higher in well differentiated carcinoma than that in poorly differentiated carcinoma (P<0.05); Mean value of CEA was found to be well correlated with the tumor volume, stage; Furthermore all the concomitance expression rates were higher than the solely expression rates.Conclusions Both CEA and GST-Pi are closely correlated with the condition and curative effect of the esophageal carcinoma patients, and have some value for clinical application.
