养心草对四氯化碳诱导小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的:探讨养心草对四氯化碳(CCl4)诱导小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:将50只小鼠随机分为5组,每组10只,分别为正常对照组、模型组、治疗1组、治疗2组和联苯双酯组。各组正常饮食,正常对照组和模型组小鼠每天灌胃生理盐水10mL/kg,治疗1组灌胃养心草总黄酮100mg/kg,治疗2组灌胃养心草总黄酮200mg/kg,联苯双酯组灌胃联苯双酯100mg/kg,每天1次,连续15d。除正常对照组外,其余各组小鼠分别于第15天给药后2h,腹腔注射CCl40.5mL/100g体重,造成小鼠急性肝损伤模型。造模16h后断头取血,测定血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)含量及肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与丙二醛(MDA)活性。结果:与模型组比较,治疗1组、2组小鼠血清中ALT、AST含量下降,肝组织中SOD活性提高,MDA含量降低。结论:养心草对四氯化碳诱导的急性肝损伤具有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate protective effect of total flavonoids in Sedum aizoon L. on acute liver injury model mice. Methods :50 mice were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,treatment group 1 and 2 and bifendate group. Acute liver injury model mice were induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4). Aspartate transaminase (AST) and alanine transaminase(ALT)contents of mice serum,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)contents of mice liver tissue were determined. Resulst:Compared with model group,AST,ALT and MDA levels were markedly decreased (P〈0.05,P〈0.01),SOD level was significantly elevated (P〈0.01)in treatment group 1 and 2. Conclusion:Total flavonoids in Sedum aizoon L.has liver protective effect.
