摘    要:目的动态观察弓形虫感染家兔精液中果糖变化。方法RH株弓形虫速殖子105个/只的剂量腹腔感染雄性家兔16只。在家兔感染前和感染后的1~13周分别采集精液,-40℃冻存备用。采用间苯二酚法检测家兔精液中果糖含量,绘制感染前后精液中果糖含量动态曲线图。结果弓形虫感染家兔精液中果糖含量在感染后逐渐下降,7周左右降到最低峰值,此后果糖含量逐渐恢复并在感染后第8周至第13周维持较低水平,此值低于感染前果糖含量。结论弓形虫感染可影响家兔精囊腺功能。

Abstract:Objective To observe the dynamic change of content of fructose in semen of male rabbits infected with Toxoplasma gondii( T. gondii). Methods Sixteen male rabbits were infected with 1 × 10^5 RH strain tachyzoites of T. gondii by intraperitoneal infection. Semen of the rabbits was collected before infection and after infection from 1^st to 13^th week respectively. The collected semen was stored at -40 ℃ until assayed. The content of fructose in semen was assayed by resorcinol method and dynamic change curve of content of fructose was drew pre- and post-infection. Results The level of fructose in semen of infected rabbits reduced gradually,and in the Th week the content of fructose was at the lowest level. Then it risen gradually from 8^sh to 13^th week post-infenction but lower than pre-infenction. Conclusion Infecting T. gondii could partly lead to the dysfunction of seminal vesicle of rabbits.
