Amplatzer封堵器治疗先天性心脏病56例临床报告

目的:评价经导管封堵术治疗先天性心脏病(CHD)的效果,总结治疗经验及教训.方法:对我院56例先天性心脏病使用Philips HD11型超声心动图(TTE)检查,观察缺损周缘软硬程度及大小,选择合适的封堵器.术中静脉穿刺成功后注射肝素,在X线监视下利用心导管术将封堵器送到位并打开,确认封堵效果满意后释放封堵器.术后统计住院时间、手术时间、手术成功率及并发症情况.结果:本组平均住院8.8天,平均手术时间50分钟;55例治疗成功,成功率98.2%,1例封堵器脱落.本组无死亡病例,2例发生心包填塞.结论:经导管封堵术治疗CHD,具有住院及手术时间短、创伤小、恢复快、手术操作简单、成功率高、并发症少的优点,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical Effect of Transcatheter Closure with Amplatzer Duct Occluder in Congenital Heart Disease

Objective:To evaluate the treatment effect of transcatheter closure with amplatzer duct occluder in congenital heart disease(CHD) patients and to study its application.Methods:We analysed clinical information of 56 CHD patients who had been treated with Philips HD11(TTE)to observe the softness and Hardness and size of the damage and to select proper blocker.Heparin injection was given after successful venepuncture during operation.The blocker was put in placed and opened using cardiac catheterization under X-ray and the blocker was relieved after good results.The operation time,length of stay,operation achievement ratio and operative complications were measured.Results:Average operation time was 50 minutes and length of stay in hospital was 8.8 days.Achievement ratio of operation was 98.2%,with zero death case.2 cases had cardiac tamponade and 1 case had amplatzer duct occluder shift and fall off.Conclusion:Treatment with transcatheter closure in CHD is characterized by short length of stay and operation time,small wounds,quick recovery,easy operation,high success rate and few complications and therefore should be recommended.
