根治术结合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌46例临床分析

目的观察探讨根治术结合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效，总结其临床价值。方法选取我院2007年3月～2009年3月92例非小细胞肺癌患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各46例，观察组采用根治术结合化疗治疗，对照组单纯手术治疗，观察对比两组治疗效果，记录相关数据进行统计学分析。结果观察组中术后死亡2例，占4．35％．5ff内生存22例，占47．8％；对照组术后死亡3例，占6．52％，5年内生存10例，占21．7％；两组术后死亡率及IA期生存率无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组生存率及IB期后分期的生存率存在一定差异（P〈0．05），具有统计学意义。结论根治术结合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效明显优于单纯手术治疗，能显著延长患者的生存时间，减少并发症的发生率及死亡率．具有雷萼的临床意义。

Radical surgery combined with chemotherapy for non-small-cell lung cancer:A clinical observation of 46 cases

Objective To explore the radical surgery combined with chemotherapy for non-small-cell lung cancer,summarize its clinical value.Methods All 92 cases of non-small-cell lung cancer patients in our hospital from March 2007 to March 2009 were randomly divided into control group treated surgery alone(46 cases),and observation group(46 cases) treated surgery combination with chemotherapy.Two groups of treatment were observed and compared,and the data for statistical analysis were recorded.Results The postoperative death in 2 cases(4.35%),5 years survival in 22 cases(47.8%);control group,3 patients died after surgery,accounting for 6.52%,5 years survival in 10 cases(21.7%);both groups mortality and survival rate after stage IA non-significant difference(P > 0.05),not statistically significant;two groups of survival and the survival rate of stage IB period there are some differences(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Radical surgery combined with chemotherapy for non small cell lung cancer was better than surgery,can significantly prolong survival time,reduce the incidence of complications and mortality,has important clinical significance.
