弧菌科30V 12D生化系统的研究

摘    要:
本文报导新建立的“弧菌科30V12D生化系统”,采用12项生化反应点滴分析法和4种食盐胨水试验,经计算机作计量鉴定,即可对30种弧菌科的细菌作出准确而快速的鉴定。经用70800株弧菌科细菌“标准菌株”作计算机仿真,符合率达98.46%。用经常规鉴定过的菌株及日本商品标准菌株的弧菌科细菌共286株作实验室对“弧菌科30V12D生化系统”进行考核,所得菌名与原菌名100%符合。

Abstract:
30 species of vibrioaceae can be judged correctly and quickly, using salt peptone solution test with 4 concentrations and 12 kinds of biochemical reaction method with the assisted quantitative identification based on 30V 12D biochemical reaction system of vibrioaceae. Simulated with computer. 98.46% was a accorded with 70800 stan- dard stains of vibrioaceae. 286 strains (judged by routine method and Japanese standard strain)were tested with the proposed method,and the results agreed with standard name perfectly.
