| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)患者血清白细胞介素 - 8(IL - 8)的变化。方法 采用 Elis A法检测 39名 HFRS患者血清中 IL- 8水平。结果 HFRS患者 (出血热组 )血清 IL- 8水平均比健康人 (对照组 )升高 ,尤以少尿期为甚 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 血清 IL - 8水平对判断 HFRS患者的病情轻重有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the changes of serum interleukin-8(IL-8)level in patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome （HFRS）．Methods The serum IL-8 levels in 39 patients with HFRS were detected by sadwitch double antibody（Elisa）．Results Compared with normal controls,serum IL-8 in patients with HFRS increased singnificantly（P＜0．01）,particularly in litter urine phase（P＜0．001）．Conclusion Detection of serum IL-8 levels in patients with HFRS is very important to judge the patients’ condition． |
