| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨彻底清除上颌窦后鼻孔息肉并防止复发的治疗方法.方法:对32例上颌窦后鼻孔息肉行鼻内镜下双径路手术,术中可彻底清除病变.结果:随访2年,无并发症,治愈率达100%,无复发.结论:该方法对清除上颌窦后鼻孔息肉,保护上颌窦的正常引流,避免复发具有优越性.

| Abstract: | Objective:To seek the method to remove the antrochoanal polyp and to prevent recurrence.Methods:32 patients with antrochoanal polyp were treated with dual path nasal endoscopic operation,and were removed the lesions completely in the operation.Results:There were no complications and no relapse through following up the patients for two years,and the cure rate was 100%.Conclusion:This way showed its superiority on clearing the antrochoanal polyp,protecting the normal drainage of the maxillary sinus and preventing recurrence. |
