湖北省潜江市农村外流人群血吸虫病流行情况调查

目的 了解和掌握湖沼渠网型重疫区农村外流人口血吸虫病流行情况，为采取针对性防制措施提供科学依据。方法对外流人口进行血清免疫学检测，分析不同年龄、性别、外出地区、外出期限等人群中血吸虫病感染情况。结果外流人口占农村总人口的29．90％，20岁以内为主要群体。检测阳性率为26．03％，男性高于女性，分别为28．16％和24．52％；在本地市镇企业务工者高于江浙广东沿海等地务工者，阳性率分别为29．32％和21．76％，20～30岁的阳性率明显高于其他年龄段。结论 由于漏查漏治，该地农村外流人口的血吸虫病感染是严重的，应引起当地政府和血防主管部门的高度重视。

Survey on Schistosomiasis among Farmers Working Outside Native Farmland in Rural Area of Qianjiang City

Objective To master the schistosomiasis situation among farmers working outside the native farmland in rural area of Qianjiang City. Method IHA, COPT and Dot ELISA were adopted. The infection situation was analysed based on different ages, sexes, working areas and outside duration. Results The population working outside amounted to 29.90% of the total rural population. Most of them were below 20 years old. The positive rate in 2 or 3 immuno tests reached 26.03%, in which the positive rate was 28.16% in male and 24.52% in female; 21.76% in those who work in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong provinces and 29.32% in those who worked in townships or city areas of Qianjiang City; the highest positive rate revealed in 20~30 age group.Conclusion Because of missing diagnosis and treatment, the schistosomiasis situation among them is serious. The authors suggested that great attention should be paid to those population.
