苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对高血压病左心室舒张功能和左心室肥厚的影响

目的：探讨原发性高血压患者经苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗后其舒张功能和左室肥厚的变化。方法：选择100例经超声心动图证实具有左心室舒张功能障碍和左心室肥厚的高血压病患者,采用双盲法试验,随机均分为试验组与对照组。试验组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平,对照组给予复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片,2组治疗3个月和6个月后分别复查各项心功能指标并进行两两比较。结果：2组治疗后患者左心室舒张功能、室间隔厚度、左心室后壁厚度、左心室重量指数均较治疗前有所改善,试验组下降更多,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;试验组治疗6个月与治疗3个月时比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而对照组虽有下降,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平能改善高血压患者左心室舒张功能和左心室的厚度。

Effects of Levamlodipine Besylate on Left Ventricle Diastolic Function and Left Ventricular Hypertrophy in Patients with Primary Hypertension

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the effects of levamlodipine besylate on left ventricle diastolic function and left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with primary hypertension.METHODS：100 primary hypertension patients with left ventricle diastolic function and left ventricular hypertrophy checked by echocardiogram were randomized into treatment group and control group.Treatment group were given levamlodipine besylate and control group were given compound hypotensive tablets after 3 months and 6 months of treatment.Above indicators were rechecked and compared in pairwise comparison.RESULTS：Compared with before treatment,both left ventricle diastolic function and ventricular hypertrophy index of primary hypertension patients of 2 groups were improved significantly after treatment（P0.05）.But treatment group were better than control group,there was statistical significance（P0.05）.Compared with 3 months of treatment,the above index of treatment group were further improved after 6 months of treatment,there was statistical significance（P0.05）.But control group had no statistical significance（P0.05）.CONCLUSION：Levamlodipine besylate can improve left ventricle diastolic function and left ventricular thickness in primary hypertension patients
