| 清咽含片镇痛作用的实验研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的:观察清咽含片的镇痛作用。方法:采用小鼠热板法和酒石酸锑钾所致的小鼠扭体反应,观察清咽含片对热板法致小鼠痛阈及酒石酸致扭体反应的影响。结果:清咽含片可明显提高小鼠痛阈,延长酒石酸锑钾所致扭体发生的潜伏期及减少10min内扭体次数。结论:清咽含片具有较好的镇痛作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the analgesic effect of qingyan buccal tablets.Methods:The analgesic effect in mice was observed by hot-plate and body-torsion induced by antimony potassium tartrate.Results:The experiments proved that the buccal tablet could signifi-cantly raise pain threshold,prolonged the latency and re-duced the writhe number per ten minutes of mice model by antimony potassium tartrate.Conclusion:Qingyan buccal tablets show better analgesic effects. |
