摘    要:
本文研究了多相脂质体139注射液蘑要的物化性质,在研究中发现其电导率对多相分散体系分散度的变化比较敏感。因此,设计了电导法测定体系分散度变化规律,得出其凝聚速度方程、凝聚活化能和凝聚速度常数,描述了此类多相分散系分散度变化的规律,这些数据可定量地砰价此类多相分散系的物理稳定性。同时,本文又利用库尔特计数器(Coulter counter)测定了139注射液的粒度分布和粒径变化规律,由粒度变化求得的凝聚活化能与由电导法求得的凝聚活化能一致,说明电导法是可靠的,反映了多相分散系中全部分散粒子分散度即凝聚的变化规律,该方法比较简便、易行。

Abstract:
This paper reports the result of a study on the physical stability of injection 139. The conductivity of injection 139 was found to be sensitive to the coalescence of polyphase liposome. Therefore, by measuring the regularity of the conductivity change in injection 139, the physical stability of the polyphase dispersive system might be obtained. Using this method, the kinetic equation of coalescence of polyphase liposome in injection 139 (which describes the change of degree of dispersion, i.e. change of coalescence in the type of polyphase dispersion system), the activity energy for coalescence and the kinetic constants of coalescence of the dispersive particles in injection 139 were derived.At the same time, the distribution of particle size and the regularity of the change of particle size of injection 139 were determined with Coulter counter. The constitution of polyphase liposome was verified by the microscopic photographs.
