| 摘 要： | 21只日本大耳白兔喂以高脂饲料,灌流脂质体,观察对动脉粥样硬化形成的作用,及其有关检测指标。结果表明,脂质体组主动脉内膜粥样硬化斑块面积、血脂各项指标及血液流变学等均显著改善。说明脂质体对动脉粥样硬化形成有显著抑制作用。

| Abstract: | We investigated if the Liposome may effect on the formation of atherosclerosis and on theparameters tested. 21 rabbits were fed high-cholesterol diet. The results showed that the size of athe-rosclerotic plaques and TC, HDL-CH, LDL-CH, HDL-PL, TG and blood viscosity were also signifi-cantly decreased. All the above results suggest that the Liposome might inhibit the development ofatherosclerosis in rabbits. |
