| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨小剂量甘露醇联合速尿治疗老年急性大面积脑梗塞的效果。方法 分析不同使用方法的甘露醇对 75例老年急性大面积脑梗塞的治疗效果及所致并发症的差别。结果 小剂量甘露醇联合速尿治疗老年急性大面积脑梗塞的疗效较单独使用甘露醇要好 ,小剂量甘露醇与大剂量甘露醇组之间疗效并无差别 ,但大剂量甘露醇使用后的并发症明显增多。结论 小剂量甘露醇联合速尿是治疗老年急性大面积脑梗塞较为合理的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of combined treatment by low dose mannitol and ratlex in elderly patients with acute large area brain infarction.Methods To analyse the difference of effects and complication of multiple dose mannitol in the treatment of 75 elderly cases with acute large area brain infarction.Results The treatment effect of low dose mannitol and ratlex is better than that of mannitol.There is no different treatment effect on low and high dose mannitol group.But there are much more complications in high dose mannitol group than in low dose mannitol group.Conclusion The combined treatment by low dose mannitol and retlex is a reasonable treatmental method in elderly patients with acute large area brain infarction. |
