| 摘 要： | 为了观察尖周病不同时间治疗结果的组织病理变化，必须建立尖周病动物模型。用３５只恒河猴２４６牙的５２５个牙根研究证明：３６、６０、９０ｄ人工造成尖周病变率分别为４１．６７％、５８．３３％、９６．８８％。３个月、半年、１年尖周病疗效组织学愈合率分别为４３．７５％、５８．８０％、７０．００％。表明人工造成尖周病变时间不能少于３个月，尖周病疗效观察时间至少１年以上，人牙临床疗效观察时间需要２年， |

| Abstract: | The experimental study in 35 monkeies(525 dental roots) showed that the formation rates of artificial periapical diseases were 41.67%, 58.33% and 96.88% in the period of 36d, 60d, 90d respectively.After therapy, the examination revealed that the pathological cure rates of periapical diseases were 43.75%,58.80%, 70.00% in the period of 3, 6.12months respectively. The results suggested that the formation time for artificial periapical diseases was at least 3 months. The time for observing the treatment effect of periapical diseases of monkey should be at least 12 months. But the time for observing the clinical effects of the periapical diseases of human being should be the period of 2 years. |
