乳腺癌组织中癌基因c－erbB－2蛋白的表达及意义

作者采用ｓ－ｐ法，对４７例乳腺癌病人作了癌基因ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２蛋白的免疫组织化学研究。结果表明：浸润性导管癌、单纯癌、腺癌、硬癌、粉刺癌及乳头状腺癌有ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２的过度表达，说明这些肿瘤有场基因扩增。癌基因ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２的过度表达与腋窝淋巴结转移呈正相关，经统计学处理，Ｐ＜０．０１，提示癌基因ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２可作为乳腺癌预后判断的一个补充指标。

Expression of c-erbB-2 Oncogene Protein and Its Significance in Breast Cancer

We have adopted the s-p method and made immunohistochemical researches on expression of c-erbB-2 onco gene protein in 47 breast cancer patients. The results indicated that there was overexpression of c-erbB-2 oncogene in infiltrating ductal carcinoma,carcinoma simplex, adenocarcinoma,scirrhoma,comedocarcinoma and papillary adenocarcinoma,and showed that there was oncogene amplification in these tumors. The overexpression of c-erbB-2 oncogene was positively correlated with axillary lymphatic metastasis. The treatment of statistics showed that there was significant difference between them(P<0.01). It is suggested that the c-erbB-2 oncogene can be taken as a complement to the prognostic index of breast cancer.
