| 摘 要： | 目的探讨喜炎平注射液治疗小儿病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法126例病毒性肠炎患儿随机分为两组,观察组采用喜炎平注射液治疗,并与对照组进行比较。结果观察组总有效率和显效率高于对照组,疗程短于对照组,经统计学处理,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论喜炎平注射液治疗小儿病毒性肠炎的疗效确切,值得临床推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Xiyanping injection on infantile viral enteritis.Methods 126 children with viral enteritis were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with Xiyanping injec- tion,and the clinical therapeutic effect was compared between observation group and control group.Results Compared with those of control group,both the total effective rate and the excellent rate of the observation group were significantly higher,and the cur- ative course was shorter.The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Xiyanping injection is effective in the treatment of infantile viral enteritis,worthy of generalizing. |
