瘦素与冠状动脉粥样硬化的关系

瘦素是一种脂肪组织分泌的激素,其主要作用是调节糖、脂肪及能量代谢。然而,目前许多研究表明,瘦素不仅与冠状动脉粥样硬化直接相关,而且还与冠状动脉粥样硬化的主要危险因素如糖尿病、血脂代谢异常、高血压和肥胖有密切联系。瘦素致冠状动脉粥样硬化的主要机制包括引起血管内皮细胞功能紊乱;诱导氧化应激和炎性反应;促进血管平滑肌细胞迁移、增殖、肥大和钙化;促进血管内皮细胞的迁移、增殖以及新生血管和新生内膜的形成;促进血小板聚集、迁移和血栓的形成;促进泡沫细胞形成等。

Leptin and Coronary Atherosclerosis

Leptin is a hormone secreted by adipose tissue.Its functions are regulating the metabolism of carbohydrates,lipids,and energy.However,in recent years research has demonstrated that leptin not only has a direct correlation with coronary atherosclerosis,but is also closely related to the major risk factors of coronary atherosclerosis such as diabetes,dyslipidemia,hypertension and obesity.The major mechanisms through which leptin provokes coronary atherosclerosis are the induction of endothelial dysfunction,the stimulation of the inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress,and the enhancement of platelet aggregation,migration and thrombosis,among many others.
