| 摘 要： | 目的:通过探讨该病历提高临床医生对该病认识.方法:通过病史询问,体格检查,辅助检查排除其他常见病.结果:过敏性肺泡炎可以并发胸腔积液.结论:早期诊断,及时给予激素治疗,预后良好.

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the clinical doctor's knowledges about it by analyzing the case. Methods Through inquiring the history of the disease, body examination and other assistant examination to exclude the other common diseases. Results Allergic alveolus inflammation can lead to pleural effusion.Conclusion Early diagnosis and immediate hormone treatment will come to a good end. |
