经腹小切口子宫粉碎性切除术

目的　探讨经腹大子宫肌瘤切除术的新术式。方法　对 6 8例如孕 3个月以上大小的子宫肌瘤患者采用经腹小切口子宫粉碎切除术 ,与同期随机选择的 5 0例经传统术式行子宫切除术者进行比较。结果　采用经腹小切口子宫粉碎性切除术的患者在术中出血量、手术时间、术后伤口疼痛程度、术后病率、术后腹胀率 ,术后排气时间及伤口愈合和术后病人自觉症状方面等均无任何差异性。结论　采用小切口子宫粉碎切除术进行大的子宫肌瘤或子宫良性病变的子宫切除 ,是一种相对安全性高 ,创伤性小 ,并发症少 ,且符合微创要求的一种手术方式。

Comminuted Hysterectomy via Small Abdominal Incision

Objective To study new methods of hysteromyomectomy for large hysteromyoma via abdominal incision.Methods Comminuted hysterectomy via small abdominal incision was performed on 68 patients with hysteromyoma whose size was large as that of more than 3 months'gestation,compared with traditional hysteromyomectomy on 50 ones enrolled at random.Results There was no difference between the 2 groups in respect of operative bleeding,durative time,and pain of the incision,recurrence,abdominal distention,passing flatus,cure of the operative incision and the subjective symptom after the operation.Conclusion Comminutcd hysterecctomy via small abdominal incision is a relative safe operative method fitting into the standard of small injury with fewer complications.
