社区老年人心理健康状态调查

目的 探讨社区老年人的心理状态和生活质量。方法 采用老年人生活质量调查表及心理健康测查表（PHI）对416名社区老年人进行测查。结果 心理健康测查男性组和女性组各分量表除HMA外，社区老年人各量表分值明显高于常模，社区老年人与常模比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。影响社区老年人生活质量的因素依次为心理卫生、健康状况、经济收入、生活习惯、居住条件和社会交往等。结论 社区老年人存在一定的心理问题和生活质量问题。积极治疗躯体疾病，宣传普及心理卫生知识有利于促进社区老年人的身心健康。

Investigation on Psychological Health State of Elders in Community

Objective To study the psychological state and life quality of community elders. Methods Adopt questionnaire for elders' life quality and measurement sheet for psychological health (PHI) to measure 416 community elders. Results For the male group and female group, except for items of HMA, the score of other items in the elders' measurement are obviously higher than that of common module. The comparison between community elders and common module are evident (P<0.01). The factors affecting community elders' life quality are as following in turn: mental hygiene, health state, economic income, life habit, life condition and social communication, etc. Conclusion There are some psychological problems and life quality problems in community elders. Positively remedying body disease and propagating and spreading knowledge of mental hygiene are benefit to promote the physical and mental health to community elders.
