高海拔地区婴儿颅内血肿的手术治疗

分析了婴儿颅内血肿的原因并总结了８例婴儿颅内血肿清除术获得成功的体会。提出婴儿颅内血肿病情多危重，病死率高，故要重视对本病的早期诊断，掌握好手术适应证。对已确诊有手术指征者，及早手术，有利于挽救患儿生命，减少并发症的发生。

Operative Therapy of Intracranial Haematoma in Infancy in High Altitude Area

The cause and treatmeut of 8 infants with intracranial haematoma were analyed. The high morbidity and mortality, were usually found in infants with intracranial haematoma,and an early diagncosis as well as surgical intervention were very important in life saving and complication reducing perpose.
