摘    要:用电子自旋共振仪检测维生素C和硫酸铜混合液的自由基波谱,及其灭活f_2噬菌体作用。结果表明,维生素C自由基有较强的灭活噬菌体作用。硫酸铜可提高维生素C自由基强度,并加速其灭活噬菌体的作用。

Abstract:Vitamin C has certain inactivating effect on viruses,which is considered as the result offormation of free radicals in solution. In order to understand the mechanism of synergism ofcopper with vitamin C in inactivating coliphage f_2, the spectrum of free radicals in mixed so-lution of vitamin C and CuSO_4 was examined and the relation between the free radicals andinactivation of coliphage f_2 was observed. The results indicated that no signal of OH·radical and O'_2 radical was detected in themixed solution of vitamin C (10 ̄(-3)~10 ̄(-2)mol / L) and copper sulfate (10 ̄ (-5)~10 ̄(-2)mol/L),while the spectrum of double-peak-shaped free radicals of vitamin C was detected.Thestrength of vitamin C free radical was higher than that in the solution of vitamin C alone. Thetest for inactivation of phage f_2 indicated that the free radicals of vitamin C had stronginactivating effect on the phage,The higher the strength of vitamin C free radicals,the betterthe inactivating efficacy.
