摘 要: | DXG250-A型电子消毒柜装有2支15W高臭氧紫外线灯管。作用30分钟,可杀灭物品表面大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌99.99%以上,枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞99.97%以上,用黑布遮挡紫外线单独靠臭氧杀菌时,作用30分钟可杀灭物品表面大肠杆菌99.75%以上,60分钟可将其全部杀灭。对柜内紫外线强度与臭氧浓度进行了测定,并观察了使用柜内风机对臭氧杀菌效果的影响,

Abstract: | The Electronic Disinfector Type DXG-250-A has a capacity of 250 L and two 15 Wultraviolet lamps generating ozone at high concentration mounted on posterior roof of thechamber of the disinfector.The intensity of ultraviolet radiation at various parts inside thechamber ranges from 78 to 756 μW/cm ̄2.The ozone concentration inside the chamber afterirradiation for 30 and 60 min attains 58.1 mg/m ̄3 and 66.8 mg/m ̄3 respectively.Examination of the germicidal efficacy indicated that irradiation for 30 min could killover 99.99% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus and over 99.97 % of spores ofBacillus subtilis var.niger on the surfaces of articles inside the chamber.When the articles tobe disinfected were sheltered from ultraviolet irradiation exposure to ozone alone for 30 mincould kill over 99.75% of E.coli and exposure for 60 min could kill completelyE.coli onsurfaces of the articles.The killing rate for spores of B.subtilis var.niger was over 99% ex-cept<96.88% at the lower part of the chamber.When the blower on the bottom of thechamber for accelerating flow of air was operated,the germicidal efficacy of ozone increasedsignificantly. |
