新生儿窒息产科因素分析

目的研究分析新生儿窒息的产科高危因素,寻找预防措施,避免新生儿窒息、死亡、致残的发生。方法回顾性分析导致新生儿窒息的产科因素。结果羊水因素是导致新生儿窒息的主要因素,其次为脐带因素,另胎盘因素、胎位及产程异常、早产、妊娠合并症等均为新生儿窒息的高危因素,脐带因素、早产、羊水异常发生重度窒息比例最高。结论新生儿窒息常由多种产科因素引起,为减少新生儿窒息发生,必须做好产前保健,防治妊娠合并症,预防并及时处理胎儿宫内窘迫和难产。

Analysis of the obstetrical risk factors of neonatal asphyxia

Objectives To analyze the obstetrical risk factors of neonatal asphyxia,find preventive measures,avoid the occurance of neonatal asphyxia,death and disability.Methods The obstetrical risk factors of neonatal asphyxia were retrospectively analyzed.Results Amniotic fluid was the main risk factor of neonatal asphyxi,followed by umbilical cord factors,the other high risk factors including placenta factors,fetal position,labor abnormality,premature birth and pregnancy complications.Umbilical factors,premature birth and abnormal amniotic fluid were the major factors causing severe neonatal asphyxia.Conclusion Neonatal asphyxia is often caused by multiple obstetrical factors.A good prenatal care,preventing and treating pregnancy complications,fetal distress and dystocia are essential to reduce the occurance of neonatal asphyxia.
