马来酸桂哌齐特联合降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死的临床观察

目的研究马来酸桂哌齐特联合降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法本研究将50例急性脑梗死患者分为两组,分别为马来酸桂哌齐特联合降纤酶治疗组及对照组,每组25例,并分别对治疗前及治疗后2周、1个月每天进行神经功能缺损及疗效评价判断。结果与对照组相比,马来酸桂哌齐特联合降纤酶治疗组在治疗后2周及1个月,临床疗效更加明显（P〈0.05）,而且神经功能缺损程度显著减轻（P〈0.05）。结论马来酸桂哌齐特联合降纤酶治疗可明显改善急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损,提高治疗效果。

Clinical observation of cinepazide combined with defibrase in treating acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the effect of cinepazide combined with defibrase in treating cerebral infarction.Methods Fifty patients were divided into two groups,cinepazide combined with defibrase group and control group,25 patients were included in each group.The neurological deficit was assayeded before the treatment and at 2 weeks and one month after treatment.The clinical efficiency was also measured at 2 weeks and one month after treatment.Results Compared with the patients in control group,the neurological deficit was reduced obviously(P < 0.05),and the efficiency was more significant in combined treatment group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Combined cinepazide and defibrase treatment can reduce neurological deficit and improve clinical treatment effect.
