低浓度丝裂霉素C浸泡羊膜在翼状胬肉手术治疗中的应用价值

目的探讨低浓度丝裂霉素C浸泡羊膜在翼状胬肉手术治疗中的应用。方法随机将翼状胬肉需手术治疗患者146例，平均分为研究组（低浓度丝裂霉素C浸泡羊膜移植）和对照组（单纯羊膜移植），观察组两组治疗效果及术后复发情况。结果研究组角膜愈合时间明显短于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），术后复发率明显低于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。术后1个月随访检查显示两组角膜曲率及散光度均较术前明显改善。前后比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），但术后组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论低浓度丝裂霉素C浸泡羊膜应用于翼状胬肉切除术，较传统的胬肉切除＋羊膜移植可加快角膜缘愈合，有效减少术后复发，是一种理想的手术方法．值得临床推广。

The application of low concentrations mitomycin C soaking amniotic membrane in pterygium surgery

Objective To investigate the application of low concentrations mitomycin C soaking amniotic membrane in pterygium surgery.Methods One hundred and forty-six cases of patients with pterygium surgery were randomly divided into study group(the low concentration mitomycin C soaked amniotic membrane transplantation) and control group(treated with amniotic membrane transplantation),the treatment effect and postoperative recurrence of two groups were observed.Results The corneal healing time of study group was shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the recurrence rate was significantly less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05).The follow-up examination showed significant improvement in the corneal curvature and astigmatism of two groups,the two index before and after surgery compared,difference was all statistically significant(P < 0.05),but difference between two groups was not significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional pterygium resection with amniotic membrane transplantation,low concentrations mitomycin C soaking amniotic membrane used in pterygium excision can accelerate the limbus healing,effectively reduce the recurrence,it is an ideal method of surgery and worthy of clinical promotion.
