| 摘 要： | 目的探讨创伤性肝破裂患者的救治护理效果。方法选取2011年1月～2012年1月本院创伤性肝破裂患者共100例,随机分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组采用精心的救治护理干预,而对照组采用常规的护理方法。结果实验组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组（90.00%vs78.00%,P〈0.05）;两组患者的满意度比较,差异有统计学意义（91.11%vs76.92%,P〈0.05）。结论对创伤性肝破裂患者实施救治护理,可提高患者的救治有效率及满意度,值得在临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To learn the nursing effect of treat and cure for traumatic hepatorrhexis.Methods One hundred cases of traumatic hepatorrhexis from January 2011 to January 2012 were divided into two groups.The experiment group was used nursing of treat and cure while the control group was used common nursing.Results The total effective rate of experiment group was obviously higher than the control group (90.00% vs 78.00%,P < 0.05).The diverse of degree of satisfaction of two groups had significance (91.11% vs 76.92%,P < 0.05).Conclusion Use nursing of treating and cure treating traumatic hepatorrhexis,which can increase the effective rate of treat and cure and degree of satisfaction,worth using wide ly in clinic. |
