超声刀在甲状腺手术中的临床应用观察

目的探讨和研究超声刀在甲状腺手术中的临床应用效果和方法。方法回顾性分析本院近年来采用超声刀辅助进行的64例开放性甲状腺手术患者的临床资料,对手术方法和其中的要点进行分析讨论。结果 64例手术均能顺利完成,手术时间24～128min,术中出血10～80mL,住院时间4～8d。随访3～12个月,无一例患者出现复发或严重并发症。结论超声刀辅助进行的甲状腺手术效果良好,能够达到临床满意的效果,值得推广应用。

The clinical application observation of ultrasound knife in thyroid operation

Objective To explore and study the application effect and method of ultrasound knife in thyroid operation.Methods The clinical data of 64 patients received ultrasound assisted thyroid operation in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed.The method and main points of operation were discussed.Results The operation of 64 cases was successfully completed,the operation time was 24-128 min,bleeding volume during operation was 10-80 mL,hospitalization time was 4-8 d.Followed up for 3-12 months,there was no severe complications in all in patients.Conclusion The effect of ultrasound assisted thyroid operation is good,it can obtain satisfactory clinical effect,and it is worthy of application.
