寰枢椎经口咽前路手术引流处理

目的探讨寰枢椎经口咽前路手术引流处理的方法与效果。方法将30例寰枢椎脱位患者根据引流方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各15例,所有患者都采用寰枢椎经口咽前路手术,同时治疗组采用积极的引流措施。结果两组在术后1周各有13例植骨愈合,愈合率为86.7%;术后所有患者都愈合,愈合率为100.0%。两组的植骨内固定松动和断裂并发症发生对比类似（P〉0.05）,但是治疗组的感染发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论寰枢椎经口咽前路手术中的合理引流处理对于预防术后感染是安全有效的,值得推广应用。

Drainage treatment of atlantoaxial by anterior transoropharyngeal approach

Objective To investigate the approach and effect of atlantoaxial anterior transoral surgical drainage.Methods Thrity cases of atlantoaxial dislocation were equally divided into the treatment group and control group accorded the drainage methods,each group in 15 cases,all patients were given atlantoaxial anterior transoral surgery,the treatment group were added the positively drainage measures.Results There were 13 cases of bone healing,the healing rate was 86.7% in the two group after one week;All patients were healing postoperative,two groups ’ internal fixation loosening and fracture complications compared had no difference (P > 0.05),but the treatment group infection rate was below than that of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Atlantoaxial anterior transoral surgical drainage treatment is safe and effective treatment for prevention of postoperative infection that should be widely applied.
