中西医结合治疗术后早期炎症性肠梗阻

目的探讨中西医结合治疗术后早期炎症性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本院2009年9月～2011年9月共收治43例术后早期炎症性肠梗阻患者,随机将其分为治疗组与对照组两组。对照组采用禁食、胃肠减压、纠正水电解紊乱、应用抗生素等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上应用大承气汤加减治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组治愈率为100.00%,治愈时间为（9.2±3.1）d。对照组治愈率为85.71%,治愈时间为（13.2±4.1）d。在治愈率与治疗时间方面,治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗早期炎症性肠梗阻具有一定的优势,值得在临床中推广应用。

Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy in treatment of early inflammatory bowel obstruction after surgery

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy in treatment of early inflammatory bowel obstruction after surgery.Methods Forty three cases of early bowel obstruction after surgery from September 2009 to September 2011 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The control group was given fasting,stomach intestinal decompression,correction balance of liquid water,antibiotics and other conventional treatment.The treatment group was given Da Cheng Qi Decoction with add and subtract treatment on the basis of the control group.The effect of two groups was observed.Results The cure rate and treatment time of the treatment group were 100.00% and(9.23±3.12) d,the cure rate and treatment time of the treatment group were 85.71% and(13.23±4.10) d.The cure rate and treatment time in treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy in treatment of early inflammatory bowel obstruction has certain advantages,which is worthy of promotion in the clinical application.
