摘    要:
目的探讨肺结核并发二重真菌感染的危险因素,为临床的防治提供参考。方法回顾性分析本院2008年1月~2012年3月住院的肺结核并发二重真菌感染患者65例作为实验组,选取同期住院的单纯肺结核患者65例作为对照组,对实验组和对照组进行单因素卡方分析和多因素非条件的Logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析结果显示复治例数、长期应用激素、长期应用抗生素以及合并糖尿病差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);多因素非条件的Logis.tic回归分析显示长期应用激素、长期应用抗生素以及合并糖尿病是肺结核并发二重真菌感染的危险因素(P〈0.05)。结论长期应用激素、长期应用抗生素以及合并糖尿病是肺结核并发二重真菌感染的危险因素。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the risk factors of tuberculosis and double fungal infection and then provide the reference for clinical.Methods Sixty five cases of patients with tuberculosis and double fungal infections from January 2008 to March 2012 in the test group were analyzed,65 patients with simple tuberculosis in the same period were selected as control group,the experimental group and control group underwent single factor chi-square analysis and multi-factor unconditional factors of Logistic regression analysis.Results Single factor analysis results showed that the retreatment cases,long-term use of hormone and antibiotics,diabetes mellitus were statistically significant different(P < 0.05);Multiple factors of Logistic regression showed that long-term use hormone,long-term use of antibiotics and diabetes mellitus were risk factors of tuberculosis and double fungal infection(P < 0.05).Conclusion Long-term use hormone,long-term use of antibiotics and diabetes mellitus are risk factors of tuberculosis and double fungal infection.
