血清N端脑钠肽前体及同型半胱氨酸在充血性心力衰竭患者中的检测意义

目的探讨血清N端脑钠肽前体及同型半胱氨酸在充血性心力衰竭患者中的检测意义。方法选择本院充血性心力衰竭患者130例,根据心功能评定分级分为A组、B组和C组。同时选择同期体检健康者共40名,作为对照组。测定血清N端脑钠肽前体水平和血清同型半胱氨酸水平。结果 A组、B组和C组血清N端脑钠肽前体及同型半胱氨酸水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;C组血清N端脑钠肽前体及同型半胱氨酸水平显著高于B组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;B组血清N端脑钠肽前体及同型半胱氨酸水平显著高于A组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。充血性心力衰竭患者治疗后血清N端脑钠肽前体和同型半胱氨酸水平显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论血清N端脑钠肽前体及同型半胱氨酸水平检测有助于诊断充血性心力衰竭,同时有助于评估心力衰竭严重程度,有助于对近期疗效进行评价。

Significance of the examination of serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide and homocysteine in patients with congestive heart failure

Objective To explore the significance of the examination of serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) and homocysteine in patients with congestive heart failure.Methods One hundred and thirty cases with congestive heart failure in our hospital were divided into group A,group B and group C according to the cardiac function classification.At the same time,40 cases with health examination were selected as control group.The level of NT-proBNP and homocysteine in serum were detected.Results The level of NT-proBNP and homocysteine in group A,group B and group C were higher than those in control group,there was statistical difference(P < 0.05);The level of NT-proBNP and homocysteine in group C were higher than that in group B,there were statistical differences(P < 0.05);The level of NT-proBNP and homocysteine in group B were higher than those in group A,there were statistical differences(P < 0.05);The level of NT-proBNP and homocysteine in patients with congestive heart failure after treatment were lower than those before treatment,there were statistical differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion The detection of the level of NT-proBNP and homocysteine is helpful to diagnosis of congestive heart failure and evaluation of heart failure severity and curative effect in the near future.
