| 摘 要： | 院剪急救机构医务人员队伍的稳定性问题已成为制约院前医疗急救事业发展的瓶颈。针对当前院前急救机构医务人员队伍不稳定的现状和成因，要稳定院前急救医务人员队伍，需要加大财政投入力度，不断提高收入待遇，需要增加急救机构编制，充实急救人员数量，需要提升专业发展空间，畅通急救医生出路。

| Abstract: | Stability of medical personnel team of pre-hospital emergency organization has become the bottleneck which restricts the development of pre-hospital medical emergency career.Aiming at the current situation and causes of medical personnel team unstability of pre-hospital emergency organization,only increasing financial investment,continuously improving income treatment,increasing formation of emergency organization,enriching numbers of emergency workers,enhancing the professional development space,clearing the outlet of emergency doctors can stabilize the medical personnel team of pre-hospital emergency. |
