莫西沙星治疗急性细菌性鼻窦炎的临床疗效观察

摘    要:
目的研究莫西沙星治疗急性细菌性鼻窦炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法将80例急性细菌性鼻窦炎患者随机分为莫西沙星治疗组(治疗组,n=40)和克拉霉素对照组(对照组,n=40)进行治疗。结果莫西沙星组有效率为97.5%,细菌清除率为81.5%;克拉霉素组有效率为90.0%,细菌清除率为80.8%。莫西沙星组有效率优于克拉霉素组(P〈0.05),两组细菌清除率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论莫西沙星具有双重靶位作用,是安全有效的氟喹诺酮类药物,可以作为急性细菌性鼻窦炎经验性治疗的选择。

Abstract:
Objective To study clinical efficacy and safety of moxifloxacin in the treatment of acute bacterial rhinosinusitis.Methods Eighty cases of acute bacterial rhinosinusitis were randomly divided into moxifloxacin treatment group(treatment group,n = 40) and clarithromycin treatment group(control group,n = 40).Results The effective rate of Moxifloxacin group was 97.5%,bacterial clearance rate was 81.5%;The effective rate of Clarithromycin group was 90.0%,bacterial clearance rate was 80.8%.The effective rate of Moxifloxacin group was better than that of Clarithromycin group(P < 0.05),the difference of two groups in bacteria clearance rate was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion Moxifloxacin has a dual target role,it is the fluoroquinolone class drug with safe and effective,which can be used as a treatment choice of acute bacterial rhinosinusitis.
