不同护理模式对骨折术后患者自理能力的影响研究

目的观察对骨折术后采用不同护理模式后患者自理能力的改善情况，探讨不同护理模式对骨折患者运动能力和自理能力的影响。方法选取本院2010年3月～2011年5月收治的骨折患者146例，采用随机分组法将患者分为对照组（73例）与观察组（73例），手术治疗后，对照组患者采用常规护理模式，观察组患者给予系统护理，术后进行4个月随访，对两组患者运动能力和生活自理能力进行对比分析和评价。结果患者运动功能与日常生活自理能力（ADL）评定结果显示，两组患者入院时FuglMeyer评分和Barthel指数比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但术后4个月与入院时比较，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且观察组患者运动功能及日常生活自理能力的恢复明显优于对照组，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论系统护理可提高手术疗效，减少并发症的发生，有利于骨折患者术后的肢体功能恢复和生活自理能力的改善，值得临床推广和应用。

Study on the influence of different nursing mode on self-care ability after fracture operation

Objective To observe the improvaion on self-care ability with the different nursing mode after fracture operation, and explore the influence of sports ability and self-care ability on different nursing mode. Methods Selected 146 cases with fracture from March 2010 to May 2011, all patients were divided into control group (n = 73) and observation group (n = 73), after surgical treatment, the patients of control group were given normal nursing mode, the patients of observation group were given system nursing, 4 months follow-up after operation, compared and evaluated the sports abilities and self-care ability of two groups. Results The results of patients movement function and daily self-care ability (ADL) showed that, the two groups of patients Barthel and index Fugl Meyer score were not with significant difference (P > 0.05) on admission, but the two groups of comparisons significant difference (P < 0.05) between the four months and admission, and the movement function and daily self-care ability recovery of observation group was much better than control group, a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion The system care can improve the effect of self-care ability, and reduce complications, be helpful for patients with fracture on limb function recoveration and self-care ability improvement, worth clinical application.
