玉米须对糖尿病作用的研究进展

本文总结了近年来玉米须对糖尿病作用的研究进展。实验研究及临床治疗显示,含玉米须复方中成药、玉米须提取物、玉米须多糖、玉米须黄酮、玉米须皂苷有明显的降低血糖的作用。玉米须还具有调节免疫、抗氧化及降脂降压的作用,因而对糖尿病的治疗有辅助作用。而且玉米须在我国资源丰富,因此用其治疗糖尿病的前景十分广阔。

Advances of roles of corn silk in diabetes

This paper summary the advances of roles of corn silk in diabetes mellitus. Studies in basal experiments and clinic treatment show that blood glucose in diabetes mellitus can be decreased by compound proprietary Chinese medicine containing corn silk, corn silk P.E, or the polysaccharides, flavones and saponins of corn silk. Furthermore, corn silk has some roles in modulating immunity, blood lipid, blood pressure and antioxidation, which can also be used for treatment of diabetes. Corn silk is rich in our country, so treatment of diabetes with corn silk has a bright prospect.
