胰十二指肠切除术中捆绑式胰肠吻合25例临床分析

目的探讨搁绑式胰空肠吻合法在胰十二指肠切除术巾的应用。方法回顾性分析本院和上海东方肝胆外科医院2004年1月～2012年3月对25例胰十二指肠切除术病例施行捆绑式胰空肠吻介法的临床资料。结果25例均顺利完成手术。本组无胰肠吻合口瘘病例及死广病例。术后肺部感染5例，治疗后痊愈。结论捆绑式胰窄肠吻合法在胰十二指肠切除巾可明湿降低胰瘘的发生率。

Clinical analysis of 25 cases of binding pancreaticojejunostomy in pancreaticoduodenectomy

Objective To investigate the application of binding pancreaticojejunostomy in pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods The clinical datas of 25 cases of pancreatoduodenectomy were treated with binding pancreaticojejunostomy in our hospital and Shanghai Oriental Hepatic Surgery Hospital from January 2004 to March 2012 were retrospective analysed. Results Twenty-five cases had achieved surgery successfully. There were not cases with pancreatic intestinal anastomotic fistula or dead cases. 5 cases with postoperative lung infection, and recovered after treatment. Conclusion The binding pancreaticojejunostomy in pancreaticoduodenectomy can obviously reduce the incidence of pancreatic fistula.
