中药注射剂的临床应用和药学干预

目的分析本院住院患者中药注射剂的使用情况,为中药注射剂的科学管理和合理用药提供参考。方法对本院2009～2011年住院药房中药注射剂的用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日治疗费用（DDC）采用DDDs分析法进行统计分析。药学干预方法包括：临床药师处方点评、异动监测、不良反应监测等。结果 2009～2010年,中药注射剂在住院病区的用药金额呈上升趋势,增幅25.34%。在有效干预下,中药注射剂不合理用药减少。2010～2011年,中药注射剂的使用呈下降趋势。中药注射剂的用药金额减少10.36%、总DDDs减少16.66%。结论本院中药注射剂的应用基本合理,药学干预是有效的。在临床治疗中,也要更加重视中药注射剂的安全合理用药问题。

The clinical application and pharmaceutical intervention of traditional Chinese medicine injection

Objective To analyze the use of traditional chinese medicine(TCM) injections in the inpatients and provide TCM with reference of scientific management and rational use.Methods The total consumption sum,the DDDs and the DDC of TCM injection in the inpatients from 2009 to 2011 were statistical analyzed by DDDs analytical method.Pharmaceutical intervention methods include clinical pharmacist prescribing reviews,abnormality monitoring,monitoring of adverse reactions,etc.Results The consumption sum of TCM injections in the inpatients from 2009 to 2010 was inereased with incremental rates of 25.34%.After the effective interventions in TCM injections,the unreasonable use was reduced.The use of TCM injections showed a decreasing trend from 2010 to 2011.The consumption sum of TCM injections was decreased with the rates of 10.36%,the DDDs was decreased with the rates of 16.66%.Conclusion The use of TCM injection in our hospital is reasonable on the whole,the pharmaceutical intervention is effective.More attention should be pay to the security risks and rational use of TCM injections.
