替罗非班在急性非ST段抬高冠脉综合征介入治疗中的应用研究

目的观察替罗非班在急性非ST段抬高冠脉综合征介入治疗中的临床疗效。方法将200例急性非ST段抬高心肌梗死患者随机分为两组,每组100例,两组均行急诊PCI治疗,对照组给予常规处理,治疗组加替罗非班治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组术后恢复血流TIMIⅢ级比例为95.0%,而对照组为89.0%,治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组术后12周心肌灌注显像（ECT）显示存活心肌面积为（88.0±6.4）%,高于对照组的（79.0±5.8）%（P〈0.05）。结论替罗非班可以改善介入治疗急性非ST段抬高冠脉综合征患者的心肌微循环、减少其心肌坏死,最大程度上保护心脏功能,值得临床研究。

Analysis of Tirofiban application in acute interventional therapy for non ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tirofiban in acute interventional therapy for non ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome.Methods Two hundred cases of patients with acute non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction were randomly divided into two groups,each group had 100 cases.The two groups were all given emergency PCI treatment.The control group was given conventional treatment,the treatment group was given Tirofiban therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect between the two groups was compared.Results The rate of postoperative recovery blood flow TIMI Ⅲ level in the treatment group was 95.0%,which was 89.0% in the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05);12 weeks after operation myocardial perfusion imaging(ECT) showed that the viable myocardium area was(88.0±6.4)% in the treatment group,which was higher than that of the control group [(79.0±5.8)%](P < 0.05).Conclusion Application of Tirofiban in interventional therapy of patients with acute non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction can improve myocardial microcirculation,reduce myocardial necrosis,maximum protect the heart function.It is worthy of clinical research.
