| 摘 要： | 目的观察自制CT定位系统脑内血肿抽吸引流术治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效。方法选择2007年1月～2011年12月本院采取该治疗手段诊治的150例高血压性脑出血患者,就诊疗方法及效果进行观察。结果 134例患者存活,占89%;死亡16例,占11%,其中,术后再出血死亡1例。结论螺旋CT定位脑血肿抽吸引流术治疗高血压性脑出血方法简便,疗效满意。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe effect of hematoma aspiration under homemade CT positioning in treatment hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2011 were selected;their diagnostic and treat methods and clinical effect were observed.Results One hundred and thirty four cases survived,accounting for 89%;16 cases died,accounting for 11%,1 case died because of recurrent hemorrhage after surgery.Conclusion Hematoma aspiration under spiral CT positioning in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is convenient and effective. |
