不同手术方法治疗大隐静脉曲张疗效比较

目的探讨不同手术方法治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床效果。方法选取2010年6月～2011年6月本院收治的65例大隐静脉曲张患者的临床资料,将其随机分为观察组33例和对照组32例。对照组患者采用传统手术方法治疗,观察组患者采用高位结扎加皮内缝扎的方法治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果、手术时间、住院时间及术后并发症。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.94%,对照组为90.62%,两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组平均手术时间及住院时间均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。对照组术后伤口感染4例（12.50%）,观察组术后无伤口感染患者,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论高位结扎术加皮内缝扎法治疗大隐静脉曲张效果显著,感染率和复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Curative effect of different operative methods treatment great saphenous vein varicosity

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of different operative methods treatment great saphenous vein varicosity.Methods Sixty-five cases of varicose great saphenous vein varicosity patients with clinical data were slected from June 2010 to June 2011,and they were randomly divided into observation group of 33 cases and the control group of 32 cases.The control group were treated with traditional surgical treatment method,the observation group were treated with high ligation plus intradermal suture treatment method.The clinical effect,operation time,length of stay,and postoperative complications of two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.94%,the control group was 90.62%,the difference was no statistically significant between the two groups(P > 0.05).The operation time and length of stay of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).The postoperative complications of the control group were four cases(12.50%),there were no postoperative complications in observation group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion The high ligation plus intradermal suture method for treatment of great saphenous vein varicosity has significant effect,the infection rate and recurrence rate is low,it is worthy of clinical application.
