流行性腮腺炎脑炎42例临床分析

目的分析和探讨流行性腮腺炎脑炎的临床特点。方法对本院2010年9月～2011年1月收治的42例流行性腮腺炎脑炎患儿的临床表现、治疗方法、治疗结果进行总结分析。结果所有患儿均未进行腮腺炎疫苗接种．有流行性腮腺炎患者接触史，发病年龄3～14岁；临床表现为发热、精神萎靡、呕吐、头痛、腹痛，全部病例均有脑电图异常，住院5～10d全部治愈，无遗留后遗症。结论对流行性腮腺炎患儿，应特别注意精神状况，有无头痛、呕吐、腹痛等，及时查脑电图，做到早诊断、早治疗，脑电图是较可靠的辅助诊断手段。

Clinical analysis of mumps encephalitis in 42 cases

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical characteristics of mumps encephalitis.Methods The clinical characteristics,treatment method and outcome of 42 children patients with mumps encephalitis in our hospital from September 2010 to January 2011 were summarized and analyzed.Results All cases had not inoculated mumps vaccine and had contact history with mumps patients,the attacking age was 3 to 14 years old;the clinical symptoms of fever,listlessness,vomiting,headache,abdominal pain appeared;all cases showed abnormal EEG(electroencephalogram),after hospitalization of 5 to 10 d,42 cases were all cured,there was no sequelae.Conclusion Special attention should be paid to mental status,headache,vomiting,abdominal pain of children with mumps encephalitis,and EEG should be examined in time in order to achieve early diagnosis and early treatment.EEG is a reliable auxiliary diagnosis method.
