| 摘 要： | [目的]观察黑布药膏治疗增生性瘢痕的临床效果。[方法]选择外伤愈合后10～30天,具有可比性的增生性瘢痕患者40例(瘢痕共计50处)。随机分为两组:治疗组采用黑布药膏外敷治疗;对照组外用康瑞保凝胶治疗。比较两组在治疗3个月后的临床疗效。[结果]治疗组与对照组在治疗后3个月疗效比较P值>0.05,无显著性差异。[结论]黑布药膏治疗外伤后增生性瘢痕临床疗效确切。 |
